When Vanessa Thompson, a hard-working doctor, returns home for Christmas, her name comes up for a huge promotion back at work! However, she is torn between taking the job, or staying home to take over the family clinic, as her visit has rekindled an old romance, and made her realize how much she needs love, and how much her community needs a Dr. Thompson each and every Holiday season.
